• Ordering : All orders placed on our website or in our showroom are subject to availability. Kaluxe Car reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

• Payments : Payment must be made in the manner indicated at the time of ordering. Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are provided for information only and may vary depending on vehicle availability and your location.

• Kaluxe Car is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond its control (bad weather, strikes, etc.).

6. Warranty and Returns

• Warranty: All new vehicles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Used vehicles may be covered by a specific warranty, the conditions of which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

• Returns : In accordance with current Moroccan legislation, in particular law 31-08 on consumer protection, returns or exchanges are subject to specific conditions. Please contact us for further information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kaluxe Car website (logos, text, images, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Kaluxe Car cannot be held responsible:
