Rental conditions
Policies and agreements
Age The main driver must be at least 21 years old. For certain premium vehicles, the minimum age may be higher (e.g. 25 years).
Driver's license A valid driver's licence held for at least 2 years is required. International renters must present a valid driver's license from their country of residence, as well as an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required.
Minimum rental The minimum rental period is 24 heures.
Extension If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
Delay Late arrivals may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance of any delays.
Authorized Drivers Only the drivers listed on the rental contract are authorized to drive the vehicle.
Forbidden uses The vehicle must not be used for :
Off-road driving.
Transporting illegal goods.
Carpooling or commercial activities without prior authorization.
Geographical restrictions Travel abroad or outside the specified regions is not permitted without prior agreement.
Regular maintenance All vehicles are regularly serviced and inspected. If you notice a problem, please contact us immediately.
Breakdown Assistance In the event of a breakdown, our 24/7 roadside assistance service will support you. Repair costs due to driver negligence are not covered.
Vehicle condition The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Delay Late returns are subject to additional charges. Please inform us in advance of any delays.
Cleaning costs Excessive dirt or stains may result in additional cleaning costs.
Breaches of the Highway Code The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, tolls and fines incurred during the rental period.
Vehicle damage The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including tires, windshield and interior.
